Joining a gym can be intimidating to those that are new. The On-Ramp Classes teaches the fundamental movements of boxing and functional training that are often used in our group classes.
The On-Ramp class helps coaches learn more about each person individually and how we can help your needs. At STC we feel it’s important that every new member knows how to punch and move properly before joining our group classes. We want to reduce any risk of injury and suggest modifications if needed.
