Our Team Training program is designed to take your boxing skills to the next level. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced boxer who meets Coach Brad’s skill and conditioning criteria, this program is open to all who are dedicated and ready to compete.

Once you become a part of our highly trained squad of athletes, you’ll join a team that has built a remarkable reputation both inside and outside the ring. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond our boxing abilities, as we pride ourselves on conducting ourselves with integrity and respect.
To maintain your position on the STC Boxing & Fitness team, we expect the right attitude, consistent attendance, excellent conditioning, and consistent academic performance. We believe in nurturing well-rounded athletes who excel not only in the sport but also in their personal and academic lives.
OUR CONTINUOUS 10-WEEK PROGRAM
For those who aspire to compete, attending both of our weekly sessions is mandatory. Join us every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 8 PM as we continually roll in a 10-week program that is designed to challenge and refine your skills. And to showcase the hard work and dedication of our team, we culminate the program with an exhilarating live sparring exhibition, where you can witness firsthand the impressive skills and training that our athletes possess.
