If you’re eager to experience the fitness benefits of boxing without engaging in sparring or contact, our Boxing for Fitness Membership is ideal for you. Train like a real boxer in our USA Boxing registered gym, where you’ll have access to professional coaches, heavy bags, speed bags, punch mitts, and more.
Boxing for Competition
For those seeking a more competitive edge, our Boxing for Competition Membership offers an immersive experience. Join our comprehensive program, which includes heavy bag and strength and conditioning classes, as well as Team Training sessions every Monday and Wednesday
Open Gym Membership
If you’d like to improve your fitness, strength, and boxing skills by working out at your own pace, sign up for our Open Gym Membership.
Youth Boxing
With our Youth Boxing Membership, your kids will take part in safe, non-contact sessions under the guidance of certified coaches at our boxing and fitness gym in Waltham, MA. They will discover a passion for the sport of boxing and learn to enjoy an active lifestyle.
