Joining a gym can be intimidating to those that are new! The Boxing Intro Class is 45 minutes and would be a great place to start. This class teaches you the fundamental movements of boxing and helps our coaches learn more about each person individually and how we can help your needs. We will teach you the proper stance, punches, evaluate and assess your functional movements.
