I’ve been an member at STC for 8 years now and I can’t say enough about this place! The workouts are always dynamic and Brad and the team have no problem pushing you to your limits. The workouts never get old and better yet, never get any easier. The coaches there are great and you really feel a sense of camaraderie there. Would definitely recommend! 

I cannot say enough good things about STC Boxing & Fitness. In just two months, I can already feel myself getting stronger and my body changing. Brad, Kimbo, LeRoy and Danielle are not only excellent, knowledgeable instructors, but they are also great people. I appreciate that they take the time to help each student and address individual needs. No class is ever the same and I have learned so much in the short time I have been here. I am really excited that I have found something that I enjoy so much. By far, it is one of the best decisions I have made on my health journey. Thank you, STC! 

Some may call it a Boxing gym, some may consider it just another place to workout, but for me, STC is home. With extraordinary trainers Brad and Danielle, coach and nutritionist Kimbo is hands down the cherry on top of a cake. One is to expect endless undivided individual attention along with skillful expertise all year long. Working out at STC is my daily motivation, there is no denying that. I’ve made some great friends here at STC, rather a family far away from home, and I hope this family only grows bigger!

I’ve been going to STC for about 3 months now, and can say this is one of the best decisions of my life! I have never pushed myself the way Brad will push you to your full potential. Not only are you boxing, but you’re also getting a full body crazy workout. Would absolutely recommend giving STC boxing & fitness a try, amazing gym with amazing and encouraging people.
